Rowley, Cynthia 辛西娅·洛蕾

Cynthia Rowley 辛西娅·洛蕾  出生于 1958年，是一位美国伊利诺州的时装设计师。她设计的服装符合女性身体线条，彰显女性独有气质。

她设计的服装构思经典、经得起苛评、时髦又具有现代性，在某些情况还有很前卫的细节。1992 – 1993 年期间她在帕森设计学院（ Parsons School of Design ）教书，并在纽约时装周期间有规律的举办时装秀。她开始向美国最知名的商店出售自己的首批时装。接下来的几年，她扩展业务范围到男装、配饰和内衣裤。

1995 年，她作为时装界的新秀，获得美国时装设计师协会（ Council of Fashion Designers of America ）颁发的“ Perry Ellis 女装设计大奖 ”。2002 年春，在日本大获成功后，她在美国展示了她收藏的化妆品，随后全球发行。她出版了 《 Swell：a Girl’s Guide to the Good Life 》、《 Home Swell Home 》和《 The Swell Dressed Party 》。2011 年，她推出了为他丈夫比尔设计的限量版男装系列 Mr Powers。
